Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jilicity reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of RM 10.00 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

All transactions on jilicity are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. jilicity is not responsible for any currency conversion fees levied by your bank or payment provider.
jilicity reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law. In such cases, jilicity will notify you via your registered email address where legally permissible.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jilicity are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") and terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, jilicity reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any wagers placed. You may close your jilicity account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and wagering requirement compliance) will be returned to your registered payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days.
jilicity reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
In cases of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, jilicity reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
